The singer’s name is Sven Lõhmus, and he’s actually a well known composer and producer in Estonia. Most notably, he wrote and produced the song Rockefeller Street by Getter Jaani. Funny how so many of these lostwave songs are right under our noses the whole time.

It's much more recent overall than I expected. I'm not saying it's not possible that it comes from the nineties... but I was hoping it was from the '80s... since the nineties were more like... electronic music in general (you know, a new era and a new fashion that was being born and largely replacing the eighties era). But the fact that this exists in the 90's makes me very happy because music like that still existed in those times of new, happier and more bombastic styles of music. It makes it clear to me that much of the music (not all of course) of today is horrible and that many of the music, even the most mediocre, from the 90's, is even better than many of the music of today that reaches being extremely popular with the masses... it may just be my opinion and my selfish perspective (and somewhat biased or my very specific tastes), but I rarely find good music today that is on par with the music of before...

It sounds like it was made with 80s synths (probably a Korg Poly-800 or something similar), so that's probably why it sounds 'older'.
