1. Drink kulthi dal/horse gram water daily, 7-10 days before your period
2. Drink trikatu tea. Take sauth, kali mirch, and pipli in equal amounts and mix them together trikatu powder is ready.
3. Add castor oil to your navel at night
4. Avoid eating stale, sour, sweet, and cold food
5. Take iron-rich foods
