This is really cool! I’m a Unity developer (using macOS) but I’m starting to make my first non-game App, so I’m going with MAUI. Really excited! I wanted to ask, what’s the best way of incorporating server-side logic and database into a MAUI project? I want my client App to be lightweight, with all the logic and data sitting elsewhere on a secure server. I’d really appreciate your advice!
Can you please make a video on how to properly configure the launch.json file to run our app in different configurations? It is somewhat confusing and with the lack of an "easy UI" is a bit tedious
mac is more complicated, and it looks like the extension is planning on supporting, but just checkout the guide: learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/maui/mac-catalyst/deployment/?view=net-maui-8.0
I had no idea you could create profiles in VS Code!

putting out 2 bangers in a row! thanks James!

Awesome 🎉
Can you use a Jenkins Pipeline or Azure Pipeline to deploy apps to Apple Store or/and Google Play?
Of course!

@@JamesMontemagno thanks
as usual great video. any chance you can do a similar video on setting up VS Code on the new Microsoft Surface 9 Elite
Would be exactly the same just without Xcode or iOS
I followed your steps and validated against the MS docs, however Android emulator doesn’t appear to work on Surface Snapdragon X Elite
Android Emulators for ARM windows devices don't exist yet from Google :(
You forgot the Nuget Gallery in VS Code
Wow super
The .net maui team needs to fix the ios debug timeout issue asap!
