Been in the Bay now for just on 12 months, we moved from a beautiful spot on the NSW Central Coast, but the Bay is even more beautiful, peaceful and friendly, as you said we will never leave the Bay.
Awesome Video guys. For us Hervey bay Has been the place where our dreams have come true. We still pinch ourselves waking up in this house in Paradise. A coffee on the esplanade on a weekend has us feeling like we are on holidays. I love your Passion for hervey bay its very infectious.
Hervey Bay has grown too much. The handbrake needs to be pulled to allow the state gov to do the numbers on the local health system. Places like this the councils are pumping approvals with no thought going towards numbers. The waiting lists for builders are massive and material costs are now through the roof making building a house a lot dearer. The main issue here is our hopelessly small paradise dam water supply and how quickly it runs out when we have no rain. Council rates are the dearest just about anywhere with average rates above $3200. It’s just an opinion and offers a few truths about this place. People need to know these things.
I live on the Gold Coast I hate it Too much crime people sleep on the streets on filthy mattresses. I own my home and would like to find that special place in Harvey Bay I am a single mature lady with a little dog Please contact me tomorrow if you can help I don't need a huge home.
