    Is watermelon seed nd melon seed different ?as you say melon seed include afterwards bcoz they are small?

    Too much of Ghee - Sorry but this is UNHEALTHY. Ghee should be TOTALLY skipped. Khajur and Jaggery is binding agent and can easily replace UNHEALTHY GHEE
