Nope. Only those who had upanayana can do. Upanayana can be done if he is fit to do it. There are so many restrictions after getting upanayana( don't hit animals, don't eat other's food, sit & eat food, do 2 times sandhyavandana, don't speak bad words, don't eat from parents hands, do all ur work by yours. Strictly should be vegetarian, avoid eating outside food..) But many of it can't be followed but atleast some of this are must. Non veg eating caste ppl can't adjust to this lifestyle. So only Brahmins used to do this.
I have a question. What type of Aachamana is this? Is this the Veda Achamana. If I am not mistaken, I do the Paurana Achamana, Where we water three times while saying Acudaaya namah, Anantaaya namah, Govindaaya namah followed by 12 names of Vishnu by touching specific parts with the correct fingers.

Gopichandana is nothing but, the mud in the Brindavan where our lord Shree Krishna wondered in balyawasta. This mortal body is like lord's temple and jeevathma is poojary and the paramathma is the diety. Urdhwa pundras are his representation on the body and Mudra dharans are his ornaments.
@@rajampramod9118 that is not green tilak, that is angara ( black vertical line between urdhwa pundra) it is weared when pooja gets over. After doing dhoopa arti to lord Vishnu, using that coal we apply black line, this is called Angara.

It is made by putting some water in marble stone (sane kallu) and scrubbing turmeric wood in water till paste comes. And after this, using dry banana peel and burning this is in Agni (fire) add this in turmeric paste and mix them well. It will become red-black coloured paste. This dot is weared below black line, and this is called akshanti. This red-black dot indicates that one who finished his lunch.

All 3 varnas brahmana, Kshahtriya and vaishyas are supposed to do sandhyavandana. It is just a form of Prayer to god. Brahmins do not prohibit anything, they may just tell you what is in the scriptures, of course some may go overboard. Every individual has been prescribed a right way to pray to the god as per shastras, nothing superior or inferior. You may get guidance from your elders on what is right for you.
Re Swamy ...I am also brahmin ..like madvacharya ,Shankaracharya and ramunjacharya ...I am Sarvalokacharya read my philosophy of praying good - this is not at all required to do anything ...just pray folding hand closing eyes with deep meditation sun ,moon ,stars ,food we eat ,5 elements of earth,father ,mother ,god of death ....more than enough ..all these shastras not required ...no impact it's waste of time
Mr.Sharma, As a brahmin you should not tell all those things , you may be a naasthik, the Purohit is not imposing to do all these.OK?...its up to you whether you have to follow or not...So many people who are not able to get and practice these rituals right from their Brahmopadesham will definitely gain some sort of peace in mind...so I request you not post such statements...

Reuben Ismyname this is Madwa Vaiśnava Brahmin Sampradaya. We do this, every sampradaya is different.
