I got hornet abs 45 days ago. Got 49.5 km per litre before first service and 52km after first service. Riding in Delhi city in traffic condition. Max speed i ride is 72km per hour.
I have ridden around 30 thousand km. Every 1000 to 1500km check chain slack and adjust if necessary . Break pad replacement , air filter replacement and spark plug replacement are common. If you want more information about inspection or replacements please check owner manual. Everything is mentioned .

Use motul 300v fully synthetic engine oil with correct engine grade oil mentioned as per the bike user manual. It will provide your bike with extra pickup and improves your bike mileage little bit. In short it depends upon your riding skills. Don't forget to tighten your bike chain and apply bike chain spray after every three weeks.

9000 km. Not a single problem Only service charges paid nothing more. Got 40 to 45 km / lt Because live in very crowded area. Constantly gear change. I will definitely recommend this bike over competition. Comfortable and easy bike to live with.

Bro my beast (Hornet) is the best in average . Performance and it's the best Bike after the old Unicorn 150. As my point of view the Honda Hornet 160R is the Excellent Bike from 2016 till now
I drive between 60-70KMPH but I get 50 + . I have driven 19000+ . However I wish it had better pickup, smoother engine , non loosening chain and better balance. I tuned my engine after watching a few UA-cam videos. Now also its returning 52+. However it's a lot smoother now and the pickup has definitely increased ,as I noticed going uphills.

All hornet users....use motul 300v or 300v2 from 1st time....maintain chain (chain must be checked in a month,it must be lubricated,washed,and tightened if its become loose) and feel the difference...i am a hornet owner.....give ur bike a costly engine oil and a premium maintenance...it will give u best results....donot use honda engine oil..in honet it lasts for only 1400-1500 km...if you dont believe check it yourself by checking....

Do one thing You do not have to do a big balancing problem but only handle comes from balancing problem handling it but sometimes it comes from the wheel. If you are stuck in the two wheel stack, you must notice if it does not stop if it does not mean that Let's take you to the service once to check it and if it seems that the stack will be able to balance it from there. Problems may be that they will decide if the service is forwarded.ok
