This is not arvi pallavi, it's jhe pallavi. At least know what you're teaching and learning.

Kindly ask your teacher which raag is your "jhe Pallavi"? With less experience, students talk like this. I am not at all surprised with your words. You are much more junior to me and like my little sister, let me advise you that before commenting someone in public you should be more confident and sure about your knowledge of the same, else you will become a Joke.

@@ShatabdiOdissi ua-cam.com/video/tp46Kvze4cY-/v-deo.html this is arbi pallavi. I hope you'll be surprised now given the fact that you have made of yourself. Have a good day, little sis!!

Hello who r u to speak to my guru like this ? i saw the video u send actually the video u send is the style of guru kelucharan Mohapatra and our style is of of guru pankaj charan das and guru debaprasad das. U cant speak like this to a teacher like this

@@moumitaroy898 Actually she has no idea that Arabhi Pallavi is often called 'jhe' Pallavi in their style. Both are two different names for the same Pallavi. Pallavi is always named after it's Raga. As such justified name for this item is Arabhi Pallavi only. And in our style we only refer this Pallavi as Arabhi Pallavi and not by any other name.

@@moumitaroy898 I saw a video of Guru pankaj charan das but no aarvi video of Guru Debaprasad das. If you search for Odissi dance videos or ask anyone in this circle, the style of Kelucharan Mahapatra is predominant and almost every Odissi dancer follows His style. Moreover, in the video which you posted as Aarvi, the word Jhe is constantly repeated. hence, it is Jhe pallabi. Anyway, you and your guru continue saying this as aarvi if that soothes you. Keep your knowledge to yourself. I will keep mine to myself. By the way, it took you almost a month to revert on my comment. You must be very busy in imparting Odissi dance skills in your style. Good luck!! Stay happy & blessed!!
