1:49:38 K' cannot do a meterless 2nd air minute spike in most situations. He usually has to use EX narrow spike first and launch from there to get enough height.
For Kim you were looking at lvl 2 ranbu super for Hisen Kyaku, but that's the wrong move, Hisen Kyaku is 236 punch. The change is that the EX version is projectile invincible and the behavior on hit is that before it used to to leave the opponent in hitstun and you were at +4 so you could combo into cr.A, now they are popped up for a juggle into flash kick.

I haven't played XV in a while. Is Antonov's close C still unsafe to EX DPs regardless of which followup he does? Is Billy's far C still punishable on hit from really far away?
@@BHS289it is. It has projectile invincibility though not from frame 1. Still something great that he didn't have before, and he can combo out of it to boot. Also, the recovery nerf on it isn't significant because it's not 4-frame punishable.
Both qcb+p and qcb+k is the same move for Chizuru in the move list, both EX versions now do 80 damage explaining the damage why the combo you expected to be 400 being only 360ish
definitely a lot of oddball changes like the Meitenkun ones. Geki Hou getting buffed from what seemed like an intentional flaw for the character stood out to me.
my think is they made some of these "character flaws" assuming the power level would be lower than its ended up being. As such have removed any character flaws they've deemed unnecessary.
Leona's changes are disappointing. Top of the list for wanted changes are jA cancelable and 214pp combos not being so spacing specific. Reverting the jD nerf is pretty huge though since doing 5B BC into high low might be worth it again. The j214C change is that it juggles closer now, which means 2B clA 2C 4B j214C 28A works now (the 28A use to whiff). It might also make the 214PP clA clD(2) 4B j214C (boom) cd kara 46C 46B 28A 214236K combo work different, but I didn't test that yet.
