You can try pronouncing it by saying 'ee' but with your lips rounded as if you were saying 'oo'. His pronunciation would be similar but not equal to how a native English speaker would pronounce it.

That’s not how that works, you have to do damage that would reduce them below the threshold while having it. In this case Caenen (He works on the unofficial LoL wiki and also does a fuckton of bug testing with Vandiril etc.) mentioned on Reddit that it’s a bug. IIRC he said that for some reason the game client side doesn’t update Draven’s location for the R visual and instead it returns to where you last saw him but the projectile itself returns to where he actually is and the animation only corrects itself once the R hits something.
