Alaska Cruise Boarding day on Royal Caribbean’s Ovation of the Seas

It was finally time to board for our family cruise to Alaska that we have had planned for over a year. We did a quick walk around the ship when we got there but we were so tired after our travel day from Florida to Seattle. Hope you all enjoy seeing it because we sure enjoyed going through it! Thank you for this! I’ll be on Ovation in 20 days and am so excited. How were your flights to/from Florida? I’ll be flying out of JAX.

We actually flew out of JAX with a layover in ATL. Our flights were good and uneventful. On our way back we used the port valet(highly recommended if you leave out of Seattle later in the evening like we did) which is a free service and you just pay the baggage fees associated with the airline you use. I should also say though, only certain airlines use it and it can only be used if you leave the same day as your disembarkation.
