Thanks for taking us with you. As much as I dream of coming out there to ride those trails, it will probably be impossible. At least I can live vicariously through your channel!
Love that place. Been going there for years. It wasn't quite as crowded with the 4 x 4 people in 1972! I had an F40 that would go everywhere you went. I now own a 2014 FJ. I sold my 2007 FJ with 325,000 on it.
Thanks Hayden for showing us around. What a shot from 12:07! It's called "breathtaking". I remember telling you quite awhile ago that you could use a drone. Congratulations your drone has provided some amazing shots. I'm always happy to take the time to watch your videos and be a part of your journey. Yee Haw!
Thanks for watching and for the advise! The drone has been a lot of fun and I really enjoy the shots I'm able to get with it. I need to get out and use it more!
Beautiful video! best fj videos. I am in colorado, only been off-road for couple month and always enjoy your informative videos. I hope one day I can modify my fj to my need base on your guide. Could you make video talking about how to be better at off-roading and stuff that you learned along the way? Thant would be so cool!!!
Yes I did, I use 4Lo often on these mountain trails for the better control off-road. The lower gearing gives you control when going up and down obstacles and is better for the transmission when you are going up or down steep roads.
Beautiful video..I did some of those same trails, twice in my 2008..once after the jamboree people cleared out..and another time with Tom from Colorado Springs..How many days did you take to do all what you've shown? Just beautiful photography 😊
They have been great! No complaints here! I would run them again, I've had them for a few years now and am wearing them down quite a bit. I'm a little funny in that I like to try new tires and sizes, so in the future I might try the same tire in a different size out of curiosity. But the pizza cutters have been a solid choice.
They are 255/85R17 tires, which Mickey Thompson advertises as equivalent to 35x10R17. But they are more like a 34" tire in my measurements. I average 13.8 mpg with those tires and all the mods I have loaded up. I am on stock gears, but I've always been curious what 4.56 or 4.88 gears would do.
i'm here for the tires. looks like they work just fine. nice looking fish. thanks.
Someone was having fun!

Glad I could provide this journey for you to follow along with! I hope you get the chance to visit these amazing places yourself someday!
@@FJX2000_Productions thank you. I hope I do, too!
The sightseeing in Colorado is crazy looks unreal sometimes. Great looking FJ 👌
Impresionante la imagenes y la edición. El toyota fjx es una pasada, a pesar de la edad es un referente en los 4x4
Thanks. Good film, so nice to see Colorado mountain. I’ve never been in USA.
Great compilation Fellow FJ owner.
Awesome video and breathtaking views.
Beautifully filmed.

Sounds like you have been able to journey the area in some of the best 4x4s out there!
Beautiful, thank you for sharing. Man I miss those trails, I have to make my way out west again.
That is one fulfilling video! Thank you for sharing your FJ moments!
Those tires look nice

Thanks so much! Good luck with upgrading your rig! What types of tips or stuff would you like to learn about off-roading?
Yo, when's the next trip. Just moved to CO and am flyfishing and looking to 4wheel my FJ! Springs based
There ya go! I know I'll be in SW Colorado in August to have some fun on the trails and rivers!
Your video in Colorado is fantastic! I’m curious, did you find the need to engage 4H or 4L in the FJ at any point during your trip?

Thanks so much! This was a 3-day trip, I spent the first night up at Clear Lake and the second night up at Imogene Pass. What a journey!

Are those 33’s or 35’s? Also what mpg do you average with those ? Thanks
