You probably already found out and don’t care about this necro post but check description, this is bass from I believe an American luthier (Prometheus guitars) and these things look badass as hell.
Hey man, just curious what the tuning is, and also just some tips to make your sound even better, i would invest in a compressor pedal/rack mounted unit, and some string dampeners to stop unused strings from vibrating, but otherwise sounds great!
holy hell, someone with an extended range instrument that actually uses its potential instead of chugging and ignoring the other 57 strings on the thing. extended range instruments get a lot of hate about how "pointless" and "stupid" they are but its just the players that cant play one trying to look cool that makes the stereotype perpetuated. Rob Scallon, Tosin Abasi, this guy. this is why they exist and its sad how rare it is to see someone actually using it well. nicely done. keep up the goods.
It's typically tuned from low C# to high D# .But I don't know if he uses a different tuning I know on his 7 string he tunes it in B standard( B E A D G C F). Hope that helps bro :)
That's a realy weird looking piano

that must be heavy
just add some touhou synths and we're rolling
This misses delay) good job still
Brutal viejo \m/
Maybe a bit of compression and some reverb (in this particular piece) would improve your sound (anyway born from an excellent and skillfull playing).
Would you like a shortscale version of this instrument?
I didn't know the ring played an 11 string bass.
No shade intended, but carpal tunnel is real.
How is this guy not on the cover of Rolling Stone

Is the tuning a low #G to high #A or is it #C to #d because some of the people that have this bass have uptuned tuning

Rico Salom i think its a low #G to high #A but not sure because rarely there's people with a #G string so mostly its uptuned to low #C to #d
