Snowflake Christmas Card with Detachable Tag -- using rotary perforating tip of Take Your Pick Tool

See how to make a special Christmas card which has a detachable tag. I used one of the Crafter Tips for the Take Your Pick Tool to create perforations on the tag. To decorate this card I used the Sparkling Snowflakes bundle from Stampin' Up!
