I would also say that some of the language can be confusing for some sectors. Context plays a large part and so even if you are using the toolkit, you need to be able to see how it applies in your context, in the same way you would need to without it. I’ve seen a few too many organisations want to take on the toolkit rather than get the advice and support they need.
We hear you! It's one of the ironies that to fully benefit from any of these frameworks and toolkits you do need to tweak them as they are general, not specific to industries etc, but they're a great help!
