I bought one of these recently. Set up is a bit complicated but not any different than others. I have had to reset the unit once so far because it was not reading indoor temp and humidity accurately (way off). It said it was raining in my office, which had never happened.
Thanks for the input, lol I hope it's not raining in your office. I've had mine installed since I did this video many months ago and I haven't had to reset and it's pretty accurate I have to say for me
Excellent review thank you very much. I'm in Florida and recently bought a Hodik weather station similar to yours and I like it. It does pick up the signal from the signal in Colorado.
Used your link and bought one based on your review. MC like you I had one of the earlier weather station modules which went bad and this looks like it will be a good replacement. Thanks.
One issue i have is the display size of time. I have to go close the thing to know the time, defeats the purpose temp displays are too big could have increased the size of time by slightly decreasing temp displays
Nice! I've been looking for one that looks decent and has radio clock (WWV) and will cycle through sensors... I've considered an all-out weather station but don't want to spend a million dollars at this time. The weird thing about the atomic clock is that my garage rarely will get a signal but in my basement it will - go figure... I'll check this out - thanks MotoCheez!
Is your outside sensor close to a wall or window? As you know, the radiant heat will travel toward the sensitive sensor. Do you have another reference source for temperature. For example, the weather channel sensor might also be too far away from your home location. Do you live in a dense city or near, a lake, ocean, windy mountain etc? Please let me know when you have time.
If you cannot get the radio link inside your house, put batteries in, follow the instructions to get the radio link and then take it outside for 10 minutes. Hopefully you will get the link, bring it back inside, connect to the mains and then remove the batteries.

Awesome, thanks!
I'm old school, with and OLD wall hanging, three gauge/dial analog station: Temp/Barometer/Humidity. No batteries/power needed. Always working 24/7.
For outside temp?
@BLAlley this one is pretty bright turned all the way up

Thank you for you video, I finally have my weather station set up.
Awesome!
The connection to "world Clock" was seamless (even though I read on reviews that this feature seldom worked!). Good review BTW.
Thanks

What is the maximum distance you can have from the little white outdoor transmitter to the indoor station?
Claimed 200 feet maximum range
Just won 1 off BIDFTA auction for $6.07. Checked UA-cam for a review & 1 of my favorite UA-camrs was the first recommendation to watch. 👍🏼🧀
Woot woot! 🧀🧀🧀
Battery life of sensor? Had a LaCrosse model that the sensor killed the batteries in 3 weeks
4 months and battery level still good
Nice Review. Thanks 💛
How can I keep the clock bright without the dimmer switching on
Has to be plugged in, then once you raise brightness as shown in video it will stay on. Mine has been on since this video. Even after power failures
Great review, thanks

I thought a bout an all out weather station too. Maybe in FL place...
I dont really understand the forecast and blinking clouds on mine
Blinking clouds? I don't think mine has done that
@@MotoCheez Yes, yours does, shows them blinking in your video, Under the sun in the forcast section.
Perfect description!!
I have one easy to set up and it works!
I can't change my day it's one day off? Any suggestions? 🥴 Thanks
Hmm, I don't know, it should like mine
@@MotoCheez Thanks for replying. It's exactly like yours. It skips over the day. Hmmm oh well thanks anyway. Day a safe 4th and God Bless You!
That's odd. Maybe gps time will correct it?
@@MotoCheez Hoping so. At least I have my phone to know what day it is. Lol 😉
😅👍
What size are the temperature numbers. By inches please.
I'm down in my Florida location right now but off memory I'd say bigger than 1 in tall probably 1 1/2"
What button turns off the cycle button
Cycle button?
Memory button installed for the Utility Bill payer. Solves the malfunctioning Thermostat mystery.
Crazy how they malfunction while you're at work.
Coincidence? Hmmm lol
Mine the temperature is reading wrong is there a way to calibration
I don't remember, inside our out temp?
@@MotoCheez outside is several degrees off
@guylipsky3599 there must be a way, did you contact seller?
@@MotoCheez will try tomorrow

Idk. Mine been out in the weather for years now..
@@MotoCheez good to know
Mine is dim even when it's plugged in. I can't get the backlight to light up again. I've had mine about 3 months 😢
Damn, mine still working good. Did you try to raise it in the settings?
@@MotoCheez Yeah. I'm going to try to leave it unplugged and batteries out overnight. I hope it resets. I really like it!
How do i chang from centigrade to Fahrenheit?
I believe I showed in video. Don't know if top of head
The ligh always on so u can see the numbers
Yes, I set mine that way
@MotoCheez thank u i am going to purchase one
How accurate the future forecast on that devices?
It's pretty good
Great review! 👍
Did anybody get the atomic clock feature going?
Mine connected
I figured it out. I'm from Europe. We have a different type of remote atomic clock here.
Where is the cycle button?
Cycle?

My indoor sensor isn’t working. What do I do?
That's odd, you can try pulling the batteries for a few minutes, or I believe there was a reset
My Dad would have gone ape over one of these.
Looks cool! But I doubt it will last 13 years 😕
Backlight won't stay on more than a day.

how to celcius
I show in setting I believe
