@AliceWnldl yep I've been wearing bands since I got my herbst off! on and off certain times as my orthodontist directed~

@AliceWnldl i only did 1 update after the video where I got my herbst appliance taken off, and I wasn't supposed to wear them at that time so they weren't in the video. I don't wear them in patterns, each visit my orthodontist just tells me to either keep wearing them or stop until the next visit.
