this guy is so intelligent its inspiring. I see a ton of people not liking him, but I don't see why he's got something that a lot of people don't.
I've always liked him. I think people don't like intelligent people who fight, they prefer simple "rocky" like fighters. No brain simpletons.

@@seanmwh there will be robust clauses in the contract to ensure if benn is caught with illegal substances Eubank will be very well
Compensated for the loss of earnings, time used for training etc. it won’t be as much as he’d got for the fight, but trust me the lawyers are going toe to toe as we speak.
@@CarpMan34 it won't be 20% of what he was gna get if the fight happened. So yes the comment hes lost a payday is very reasonable despite him still being technically paid.

@@keithstewart8613 That's the official statement. Same way the fight was 100% still on this morning. I do think this fight will still happen.. But Benn is in Eubank Jrs pocket now... He gets to make serious demands - and Benn doesn't want an L. That's the quintessential factor here that'll determine if it's near future or prolonged. Could be 2 years, don't be surprised. The sooner it happens, the more leverage Eubank Jr has.. So whatever the outcome, it'll be a fascinating outcome

CE junior comes over as an intelligent man the interviewers come over as 12 year old illiterate kids that know nothing. Chris talks to them as if he was talking to a group of school kids on a school visit. He cleverly does not patronise them in any way. Their questions are shallow with little to do with skilful professional boxing. The kid Benn sure wanted a big pay day but he was a total coward to take drugs.
Basically Chris Embank Junior is a professional boxer with a smart intellectual brain, a thinking man, in contrast Conner Benn is a buffoon a coward a cheat and yes he is definitely a churl.
I think Chris Eubank is going to be a big personality and contributor to the world outside the ring too. He’s also a funny guy!

It's amazing for me listening to Chris Eubank jnr because I have always found Chris Eubank and to be very intelligent and a clever guy who I could listen to for hours and if he had a podcast I'd be listening to him every single day he'd be on and I know there alot of people both here in Ireland and the UK that feel the same but I never expected this young Eubank to be anywhere near his father when listening to him but there's certainly been a change in him and he's getting himself more and more fans because of it.
He really had to drop alot weight for this fight, as he said he's really sacrificed as all top fighters must, but feel for him. Massive loss payday too. Sad to see any true professional what ever their trade is lose out so close to getting chance showcase their biggest job to date.
The way Chris has played down Conor cheating.

I've heard a lot of negativity about this bloke, but I really like him. Very measured and calm replies and the story of losing control in the ring, should be a lesson to all. Nothing good comes from losing your head just to get back at someone. It has the potential to pay you back in the most unexpected ways.
At first I didn't like Jnr but the more he talks and his skill set, hard to hate him, seems like a good dude and represents black/mixed race people like no other, respect.

It's cra,y I didn't like Eubank at first but now he's turned into a likable dude.
Used to think he was a right prick .. comes across arrogant but he’s just very well articulated and confident in his boxing ability.. fair play to him he’s come on alot since i seen him fight billy joe first
The truth is they are both good people and both like each other! Why? Because they morally are decent, that doesn't work with the narrative of the fight, but for me I applaude them... They have respect! DON@T BELIEVE THE HYPE!!!!

Re. Boxers and sex before a fight: I recall the late, great Peter Cook interrupting Michael Parkinson questioning John Conteh: "No, Michael, you've got it all wrong. The important thing for John is that he doesn't have sex DURING the fight! Isn't that right, John?" (Conteh bent double with laughter).
If you asked Chris this 3 weeks later he probably would of said:
“Steroids.”
I truly believe this was the only route how Nigel Benn could beat Gerald mcllenen. Nigel was on something to keep coming back after being knocked out the ring in the first round.

Up to today I really did reckon & support Benn. No way I’d ever support him against CJ, Silver Spoon and all the Bollox, Kid (Man) chose the hardest path & as much as Casuals love to talk about living off his Dads name. Sebastian & CJ went against everything their Dad had planned for them. Karon & Chris should be massively proud how their Kids turned out. Can we just all admit that censoring the word sex is ridiculous. Sex in this context, in most contexts, why does it need to be censored?
They are all on steroids!
This is a list of how corrupt the system is.
1.The questions are if the fighters take so much of the illegal substance that it will show up as an abnormality on a test?
2. They (athletes, fighters and so on) take newly created substances that should be classified as steroids, but because it takes time for the lawmakers to review all the newly produced products, athletes are able to explit that window of opportunity and many do so systematically.
3. The fighters can also take performance enhancing drugs that the anti doping commission (VADA, USADA and so on) doesn't know exists.
4. The fighter could have an injury and the doctor might prescribe steroids (even though it may not be necessary, but what do I know) "so that the injury heals faster." And it probably does heal faster but you get all this other positive side effects of it as well, for example it can give you more muscle's which some may find convenient.
5. In the case of this boxer (allegedly, right) you can take substances to hide "the misuse of other products".
6. Fighters take substances to clear their system of the illegal substances.
7. Fighters have in the past used substances to temporarily lower certain hormones in their bodies which some people thought Jon Jones had done when he had lower testosterone then, well it was very low let's just say and it's unlikely that a genetic freak and MMA world champion would have such low levels of testosterone. Despite that super low testosterone level he was still shredded before the fight. Check out "More plates more dates" vid on Jones steroid cycle if you want to know more about it.
