    Aaron Draplinis a great teacher with non of that complicated bullshit!! I always learn something new & valuable from his courses.

      he draw some basic shapes and talked about nothing for 15 minutes. If this is what you are learning, go do something else dont try to be a designer. This is kindergarden stuff.

    Man, how can you not love Draplin? I'd imagine even if you aren't a designer he's impossible not to like.

      Illustrator has never crashed for me, sounds like u pirated or your pc sucks.

      @@kennethschaijk8698 LOL, you're just lucky. Illustrator stability sucks. Adobe doesnt really care that much about the crashes. They're on top so no competition to worry about. what can you do?

      @@CosmicValkyrie . ive been an illustrator for over 18 years. and yeah before in older versions,esp before CS i had crashes too, but in CC 2019.. never

      He has one called "Customizing Type with Draplin". It's just as high quality as you would expect. I learned a ton :)

    9:09- If i make the shape, what do I need to do to click and drag it into a smaller size?

    Man, what key are you using on scale tool to transform only the shape's bottom?

      make sure you've got the anchor points selected (probably through the white arrow / A) instead of the object

      @@paulvansommeren Yeah I figured that by slowing down the video lol. I thought he was using some key, like shift for proportional scaling, opt from center and such. Thanks anyway!

    I respect your opinion on KISS, but, RUUUUUUUUDE!!!!!!!! Lol Gene Simmons as a person I'm not a fan of. KISS as musicians aren't the best. But they're PERFORMANCE SKILLS are BOMB!!!!! IMO at least
