Ok I love you Jonathan but this was not easy to follow. As stated by others site has changed, cant see what you are clicking on, Im in the playground tab but dont see the options where you're checking photo type, cant find perfect peter in the GPT store, etc. I want to try this but I cant follow along...
Apologies for the mouse issue, it has been resolved for future videos. Please see my latest video that could help clear up some issues, otherwise you can email me at support@whitebeardstrategies.com
Jonathan! Thank you so much great video. The only question I have is whether Flux or any other AI applications will use your face to generate additional AI images without your knowledge or permission.
I have been through your instructions. I uploaded 30+ selfies using the naming convention and everytime I request a photo based on a prompt it shows up but looks nothing like me...hmmmm. puzzled for sure.
Make sure that you using the LoRA trained model by going to fal.ai/models/fal-ai/flux-lora-fast-training and then see the TRAINING HISTORY on the right of the screen and choose RUN INFERENCE to make sure you're using the trained model and not just FLUX
Quick question as I do so many things on the Internet, but I have to get back to generating an income. What is the purpose of your photos. How are you making money or should I look up a different video? Thanks
Are there any upgrades to get bumped up in que when creating images? The first two times were a lest than 30 seconds...but since then I get in a que upwards of 2k and just watching the wheel spin. 🤣
I sure wish it showed where you were clicking. You switch back and forth, go to different areas, but the video doesn't show HOW you get there. It is impossible to follow when I have no idea where you are clicking. A red circle, a cursor, an arrow... anything would be helpful. It's a $10 minimum... so now I've created a $2 training but haven't a clue what to do next. I don't have the options you have (no scale, no guidance scale, it's even locked at 1 image per go - can't even change that). Because I can't change any settings other than the image shape, the one output I got was dreadful - looks nothing like me.
Make sure that you using the LoRA trained model by going to fal.ai/models/fal-ai/flux-lora-fast-training and then see the TRAINING HISTORY on the right of the screen and choose RUN INFERENCE to make sure you're using the trained model and not just FLUX
Please go through my other trainings and see if these answer your issue. Otherwise, email me at support@whitebeardstrategies.com ua-cam.com/video/pVgqrvi0U-0/v-deo.html
You don't show where you click to go from one screen to the other, you just go from one screen to the other, how is one supposed to follow the various steps? I got lost after the first screen.
Nothing worked. I provided 10 inputs for the LoRA training; 7 failed, and 3 completed, but those three were nothing like me. The output doesn't include anything from the trigger words I used. I can't seem to figure out what am doing wrong.
Please go through my other trainings and see if these answer your issue. Otherwise, email me at support@whitebeardstrategies.com ua-cam.com/video/pVgqrvi0U-0/v-deo.html
Not looking like what you're showing here...Getting this message "Error validating input failed to download LoRA weight: Error while desearializing header: Header too large...." Any suggestions, help?
I've uploaded my images several times, and there doesn't seem to be a way to save them in my account. Where are you saving the 30ish images you uploaded? Thanks!
To the best of my knowledge they are not stored - they are simply used for training data as part of the LoRA. For specifics you'd need to contact the providers of the service at fal.ai (assuming that is the site you're using)
Once you upload them for the training I don't know where they go. To upload them go to fal.ai/models/fal-ai/flux-lora-fast-training and click on ADD IMAGES or PICK A .ZIP FILE (I recommend uploading as a zip file)
I just cannot get this to work. It seems you are skipping steps. Like, what is the Lora Path and where did you get that google api? What are inference steps? How man should there be?
do my images need to be a certain aspect ratio? I screenshotted all of my images b/c there were other people in them, but they are all of weird shapes and sizes. Now i'm generating random men into my pictures
This unfortunately is the case with ai consistently changing. I have uploaded two recent flux videos that may clear up any issues, otherwise reaching out to their customer support may be your best option.
hmmm...tried this and it definitely isn't coming even remotely close for me. Just a random person who looks nothing like me at all. Wish the tutorial was easier to follow because obviously I'm missing something!
Perhaps aim to use pictures with good lighting, and a clear view of your face. I did a longer walkthrough which may also give you more tips: ua-cam.com/video/R_HJ6SjMDvo/v-deo.htmlsi=chCwToVDFHyqvE9i
@@jonathanmast_withai It was 100% operator error Jonathan. Gave it another shot today with some great results! Thank you for such a great and useful tutorial!
finally connecting with you here. I am in your group on FB. I am going to dedicate two days to watching everyone of your videos
Glad to have you onboard! I hope you enjoy the content.
Thanks Jonathan! Trying to get better responses with poses, this is super helpful.
Glad you found it helpful!
Fabulous, really helpful!🙂👍

❤❤❤ thanks for your time!
Thanks for watching!
Jonathan do you have to use face forward images
Yes, these are the most likely to give you the best results.
Hi Jonathan, is it possible to do all this on Midjourney?
Not at this time unfortunately.
Learning so much. Is there a link to get Pixel Perfect Peter? Thanks
Here you go:

I can’t wait to try this
Let me know how it goes!
Hi Jonathan, I don't see the Custom GPT. where can i find it? Thank you.
Which GPT would this be?
Thanks for the tutoria :)
Happy to help
Hey Jonathan. What was the link to the gpt you created to develop photo prompts?
Here is the prompt you can use:

I like how your face didn’t change at all when you animated.
Jonathan! Thank you so much great video. The only question I have is whether Flux or any other AI applications will use your face to generate additional AI images without your knowledge or permission.
Thank you for watching! Not that I'm aware of ... no
It's asking for path for my Lora -- where do I find that?
I'd need to see a screenshot to help out. Feel free to email that to support@whitebeardstrategies.com
after the training is uploaded, click "run inference". it's right below training history "completed"
I ran interference and now my training file is gone ☹️

I use my photos for posts, trainings, and promotional materials. It will just depend where AI images could be most useful for you.
Are there any upgrades to get bumped up in que when creating images? The first two times were a lest than 30 seconds...but since then I get in a que upwards of 2k and just watching the wheel spin.

Hey bro where are the notes you mention containing the link to your Pixel Perfect Peter customGPT?
Hi. This is only available through our paid trainings. Those are at pxl.to/aibazaar
