One thing about Horn of greed : it triggers only when you play a land, which is different from a land entering the battlefield. It triggers with Ramunap, Azusa, Mina and Denn, etc., but not with Explosive Vegetation, for example. Still a great card for this deck.
Jund Landfall while a lot of fun is only powerful as opponants let you go. this is a deck that loves to just generate value slowly and creates value engines that can devistate a table unchecked. but sadly edh has evolved past that meta a lot of commanders even in casual groups will combo off or lock down a board completely before you can cast windgrace. its sad but unfortunately in accual power level windgrace isnt that great. in CEDH this is a viable finge deck that is land destruction and kiki jiki or infinite mana. but thats not how most wanna play this deck.
Windgrace is a fun battlecruiser magic commander that can go in soo many different directions. too bad that isnt how magic is played anymore. that combined with how slow his turns are known to be he kinda durtles a lot

I usually don't include lands because I feel like most people don't have the funds for the best lands and if I put in some 'sub-par' lands it'll make more competitive people upset. So I just steer clear. Most of the lands you want are dual lands with typings, like a Forest Swamp, or Swamp Mountain, etc. They're easier to pull out and fix your mana better. You're probably going to wamt to run the lands that grab other lands for those landfall triggers, like Evolving Wilds, Fabled Passage, etc.
