STORYLINE
Michael Jackson arrived at court in plenty of time on Wednesday (23MAR05) as testimony resumed in his child molestation trial which is taking place in Santa Maria, California.
Jackson, who has been late previously while seeking treatment for a back problem, arrived about 20 minutes early and was accompanied by his parents.
The pop star acknowledged a "We love you Michael" shout from a fan by turning and waving.
He walked slowly into the courthouse but did not lean on others as he has in the past.
His lawyer, Thomas Mesereau, arrived before him with a trolly full of documents, and met Jackson on his arrival.
Before the trial commenced Michael Jackson's attorneys urged the judge to bar prosecutors from using adult material found on computers as evidence in his child molestation trial because it is not relevant.
The judge indicated he will likely agree with the request.
Jackson is accused of molesting a boy in February or March 2003.
