Seria importante, que el transito pesado lo puedan desviar por otra ruta, así no entorpecen la circulación y la tranquilidad de los huéspedes o turistas que se alojan en los hoteles de esa importante avenida, ademas del impacto ambiental que generan las bocinas y otros ruidos molestos para las familias y sobre todos los infantes, que buscan disfrutar de la naturaleza y el mar que allí convergen, y agregando también, la contaminación y el peligro que representan dichas maquinas pesadas para aquellos que cruzan de una vereda a la otra. La avenida George Washington, mas bien conocida como El Malecón de Santo Domingo, debería ser una via turística, para la recreación y educación de las familias dominicanas y de todo aquel que la visite. El Malecón, tiene que estar llena/o de vida, con carruajes eléctricos y un tren colonial que permita brindar un paseo a lo largo desde la avenida del puerto hasta el Centro de los Heroes, acompañados de guías expertos que van contando la historia de los monumentos y del mismo malecón. Esta decisión podría atraer a la zona, más inversionistas locales y extrajeras/os que instalen restaurantes, pizzerías, heladerías y de noche que brille por el esplendor de la iluminación. Saludos! What about good parts to invest in the DR that are outside of that exclusive area? Why would I spend $300K in the DR when I can spend that same amount of money in the US or Europe and get a nice house in a much richer region of the world?? How do the amenities in the DR compensate for that??
Hi I am coming to Dominican Republic for 10 days My friend gonna arrive in la romana airport I will be coming from Los Angela’s and we don’t have flight to la romana ,I have to go to Santo Domingo or punta Cana airport Then I have to go to la romana to pick him up question,where should I stay ,do you recommend renting a car ? I checked Taxy prices are crazy high And where to stay ,i want all inclusive hotels Should I stay in one place for three days then go different place ? Or I just stay in one place for all 10 days ? Honestly I didn’t know it’s that expansion there and didn’t know it’s that dangerous But my friend already booked a flight

Is it possible to use Uber in Bavaro and Punta Cana to go to local markets and restaurants? I understand it may not be a good idea to use Uber at the airport because of the taxi people. I just want to use it for local places only.
