Brilliant build, and by the looks of it Zvezda have really done a nice job on this kit, tooling looks neat, and there is a lack of flashing.
Also you painted it beautifully, real neat result!

ModelChili Scale Models I picked up this kit while I was in Russia. I plan on painting a digital camo scheme on it similar to Russian planes. Not realistic maybe, but I think it would look cool.

Only the turret is movable in this particular kit. Do you mean the tracks?

Bought both the Takom and Zvezda T-14... Still prefer the Zvezda's.....
Takom's track alone took most of the assembly time lol

Hi there let me say great build you've made a nice job of this kit. I just bought this kit and it looks good but I'm not entirely convinced by the tracks. They look a bit a pain bearing in mind I like to paint and weather my tracks before fitting. I'd just like to know what your thoughts on them are.
Thank you! They were easier than building separate track links for sure. There was a slight gap issue at the end but it wasn't too bad.

How did you glue the side skirts?
A bit of superglue. I avoid using model cement over painted areas as it can cause the paint to run and makes a huge mess.

I bought this from mightyape.co.nz, was around NZ$50.
I have a question what is the average price of an airbrush ? and what is the cheapest but is good quality I have been working with paintbrushes for quite a while and I would like to change to airbrushes
Not sure about averages. The one I use was the cheapest one I could find online, was about NZ$200 for the compressor and airbrush. Over two years later and I'm still using it! It's not perfect, I can't even change the pressure flow, but it seems to do the job for now.

the model is very beautiful but i dont like the way how the track is molded to be static.
Thanks! Yeah it's a bit of a compromise. If you want a movable track it looks less realistic.

Why do you attach the tracks and wheels before painting? Aren't you making it impossibly hard for yourself when painting the tracks?
Not really, since the skirts cover up a large portion of unpainted track. If I do something it's usually to make it easier on myself, not harder.
@@modelchili I totally get the idea, of course you want to make the assembly+painting process easier, but I personally do not see how trying to squeeze a brush through track links and wheels makes it easier.
Generally, if I have the track separated, I simply lay it out, and paint it separately, then paint the wheels separately, and that's it.
Doesn't this kit need cement??
Yeah it's a traditional glue together kit.

It's been around since 2015. Plenty of time to build up rust.
you did tracks bad. next time you need made trucks step by step like instruction. tension wheel ( front) is movable for canceling gap beetween tracks and wheel. best way to do zvezda tracks is build them completly and put on the wheel after painting

Must be a Chinese kit... they couldn’t get the spelling the same from the top of the box to the bottom... Apmata or Armata?
It's Russian (Cyrillic lettering) and English.

Zvezda is Russian company. Армата - is in Russian language (as it uses Cyrillic).
The "p" is pronounce as an english "r". You can't read Russian?
in 2 weeks you'll have to take the turret off and paint it black to get an accurate representation of what it will look like in ukraine
