This game isn't receiving much love, but I like what they're doing with it. All 12 Zodiacs having different gameplay and levels, extra characters, while also introducing Trials and Survival with unlocks does seem to add a ton of replayability to the game, imho.
One thing I noticed on the gameplay which kinda bothered me. Might be a camera thing, but sometimes the led lights are confusing because a light in the front seems to go through to the other ones. It confused me because it seemed like the adjacent light was on, when it wasn't. Might be a prototype thing or a camera thing, I couldn't tell.
The light is both a prototype thing and a camera thing. I can tell you from looking at the lights with my eye balls 👀 that they definitely look different through the camera. And the great thing about the Teburu isn’t The Bad Karmas, but don’t get me wrong the bad karmas is a fun game, it’s what the system can do that’s impressive. There are so many possibilities.
I am so hyped! There can even be board games where it’s like a Raid in a video game. The game doesn’t tell you how or what you need to do to complete it. You just have to figure it out. Like playing a Raid in Destiny (for example Vault of Glass), you need to get into the vault..but how? You move your characters onto a platform then the game grabs your attention and teals you to spawn vex enemies. Your getting somewhere but the vault is still locked. The possibilities 🤯
Looks cool! Glad technology keeps improving board gaming! I’ll make sure to show this to my buddy who buys all of the Kickstarter games for our group. Him being single and a programmer he has lots of cash flow, lucky for us!
Sorry, still getting ideas as I watch....instead of the janky looking circle highlighting a suggested card, the edges of the card could glow/pulse instead which would look better...
Last one I'll put here for devs...if there is any way to make the circles on the board more transparent but still have the board be functional that would be nice....the more of the board art we can see the better!
So I do like board games and mingling tech. The new Descent Legends is great. But why do I need this Teburu board? I get that it recognized your location but that seems to be the only thing it really does. I expected it to be more dynamic.
It’s capable of so much more. The board is only part of it. The Bad Karmas is only the tip of the iceberg. As much fun as we had with the game it doesn’t showcase everything that the system can do. Once you see this running an adventure/discovery type of game with optional paths and storytelling then you’ll see what it’s really capable of
This looks interesting but whatever happens to the zombicide game for this? Is that still a thing? If so I’m in, if not I’ll wait to see what else they offer.
Great content thanks for the playthrough. Do we have any idea when this one is coming to crowd funding? And are they still wanting to work with CMON to offer zombicide?
He had to show all the different functionality etc, but most of the stuff is just picking up and putting down pieces. I think of it like using a phone: sure to start takes set up (all boardgames do) but once you've used it once or twice it will feel natural
Compared to some games I’ve played I definitely wouldn’t consider this fiddly. Slow due tit he fact that’s we were trying to explain everything as we went, but to be truthful we’re a slow playing group in general. We enjoy taking our times with games. We can easily make a 60min game into a 3h experience lol. But we like it that way

@@BoardGameCoffee Agreed. I definitely see high potential for amazing hidden movement games.
I wanna play a hidden movement game on this so bad. Definitely one of my top genres for the Teburu that I’d like to see

Exactly! I think the key point to get across with the system is not what it’s currently doing but what it can do. There are so many possibilities

Lol. I know some of those guys :)
This looks like so much fun! 😊👍🏼 I will definitely be backing this.
Good good… I need this thing to exist lol. The more backers the better
@@BoardGameCoffee I was going to back it for just the Zombicide I saw, but I’m super excited for more games and Bad Karma looks great.
We had a fun time with it. That was Britt’s first game. I ran her through 2 rounds before we recorded but that’s it
This is interesting...I hope they add a board that is a dungeon crawl leading up to this final battle....otherwise, this could get old pretty fast....
Good point. A tiled game board would be a cool idea to vary up encounters.
@@BoardGameCoffee Also, if the devs are reading: make the numbers on the die bigger (even tho the app knows, we still like to see it easily)

You’re not the first to share this sentiment. And I get it. I love CMON. I would love to see these 2 worlds meet

Crowd funding early 2022, as far as CMON I have no idea 🤷♂️
I need you to come over and read Solomon Kane to me. 😀
That sounds like a reasonable request lol
Any chance they will add attack animations?
Good question, I’ll pass it on.
This looks so dull . Slow and fiddly.
