Beyer Patton takes us to Toronto in the 1970s where we see a variety of PCC streetcars operating along the Queensway.
This is so awesome! Growing up in a city that never had streetcars until recently has always amazed me. Also, I like the 70s.
Great vintage footage.
Love the old time video street cars. I told my friend about your channel he is a retired street car conductor Who worked in the Philadelphia and Baltimore area? Hes now retired in Baltimore. Thanks for sharing. Sincerely adventures of David and Aaron.
Great video thank you for sharing
Wow! No high rises at Humber Bay park! Great footage Brad. Also crazy how streets didn't have to slow down to 10kmh when crossing the intersection on the right of way!
Based on some of the cars on the road, I'm gonna estimate this was from either 1978 or '79. Great video.
Thank you!
Groovy music, but I was looking for the history of these cars.
Plenty of good sources for information available online, including a website called Transit Toronto.
Vintage Streetcars. How is everything going Brad? 🐸
