Gracias por este video. No puedo ver vídeos de Oviedo o de Asturias sin tener una sensación de nostalgia. Siempre tendré una pata allí. !Puxa Asturies! 😊
Dear Alex, My name is Diego Fernandez. I’m from Brazil and my great grandfather Jose was born in Oviedo, whereas my grandfather Vicente was born in Madrid in 1897. I’m planning a trip to Oviedo next year and really enjoyed your passionate video about the city and surroundings. Thank you very much and looking forward for your other videos of Spain! All the best Diego
Muito obrigado Diego. I actually have an uncle who’s from Brasil 😃, but sadly I don’t know the language. Planning a trip to see your grandfather’s home town is amazing and I’m glad you enjoyed my video. There are a lot of things to do in the surroundings of Oviedo also, I have a few more videos about Gijon and the small towns of Ribadesella and Lastres on the channel, maybe you can go a visit them also. Thank you again very much for your kind words 😊
Perfect timing this week. I've been planning our next few trips and we will be doing Oviedo in November. Along with a trip to Pamplona on a separate long weekend, we are hoping to see some autumn colors which we don't get to see here in Andalucía. So looking forward to this trip and you showed the city beautifully.
Woow that’s awesome. Happy the timing of this video is perfect. Though here in Madrid I believe that in November already the leaves are gone, but of course this is at above 1000m in altitude in the mountains. So hopefully because Oviedo is at a lower altitude, you will do get to see some colours. The trip to Pamplona sounds awesome also. Where do you live in Andalucia?
@@ComeToSpain We are fortunate to live near Cadiz. Last year we were in Siguenza for early November and there were still plenty of color in the parks. Hoping Pamplona is still in the midst of autumn when we get there.
Awesome, actually a colleague from work is from Jerez de la Frontera, but he’s going a lot to the beaches near Cadiz. Well this fall and spring I wanna head to the south of Spain and begin filming there, let’s see if it is possible 😊
Hello and yes, it's made from apples, though I'm not sure if it's the same as in the states. There is one in Spain which is sweeter, but this one is not, it's more of an alcoholic beverage. And yes I think you will enjoy very much Oviedo.
I think it is September and the beginning of autumn. Prices are not as high as in the summer, and not that many tourists like in the summer months, and of course the weather is not yet rainy.

Which is the best month to visit Oviedo considering weather and less agglomeration in touristic points?
I think it is September and the beginning of autumn. Prices are not as high as in the summer, and not that many tourists like in the summer months, and of course the weather is not yet rainy.
@@ComeToSpain Thank you. What about the end of January?
There shouldn’t be much tourism and even though its colder, January is a sunnier month. Though being neat the coast, sometimes it gets cloudy.
@@ComeToSpain Got it. Thanks.
Noooooooooooo no por favor
???😱
