Bro, the eligibility criteria and the syllabus for the NEET exam can only be controlled by the NMC (National Medical Commission), and the NMC is solely controlled by the MoHFW (Ministry of Health and Family Welfare). The MoHFW, in turn, is governed by the Union Ministers of Central and State for Health and Family Welfare. The NTA (National Testing Agency) is just the exam-conducting body and does not have authority over the eligibility criteria but oversees the reforms like exam mode and pattern. Similarly, the MOE (Ministry of Education) and the Education Minister cannot control or give orders to the NMC. You should address your issue or complaint to the MoHFW, not the NTA.
