Especially regarding his lungs, airway and heart. Is extreme weight gain in short period of time effect those organs in a bad way? I'm asking because I lack knowledge in that department. Yeah I'm thinking the same thing. I doubt he will be at this weight for long and have to retire from his weight category. But he could compete in lower weight classes. A lot of people like Eddie Hall and Larry Wheels know the dangers of heavy lifting and weight gain and so they retire or step back a little bit. The reason Brian Shaw appears so healthy after nearly two decades of strongman is because he has the bones and frame of a 400+ pound person along with healthy eating. I remember Levan used to bulk and maintain his weight with McDonalds. Not a good idea. Better to switch to beef, rice, pasta, olive oil, etc. Along with the occasional cheat meal.

@@joshbrooker5819 with this I absolutely do not want to say that levan is small in comparison, he is a beast of 190kg by 190cm, the problem is that brian is 204cm by 200kg, any human however big he is would seem small in comparison with brian. the only one that had his size was thor 205cm x 200kg.
I was so glad I asked that Brian shaw question. He’s doing one more world, strongest man event, and when he’s done with that, I really hope he gets into the sport. He owns two massive gyms.
