The real price you paid, every time...was time.
I couldn't agree more. Been gamble free since 10th Feb this year. In a strange way these videos help me. OAB, Stop and Step, TTdante etc..... But I watch them when I have Time. Anyway, about the time comment, you are 100% right. 30 years a gambler and have quit many many times. The reason his time is different for me? I realised my enemy isn't the betting shops (never did online thank God) My enemy was the Dopamine in my mind convincing me I was going to win big today..... I have learnt to 'Kill that thought' with my Brain (not mind) and not walk in there. Took me 30 years to realize what an idiot is and that I have been one. Last thing, with all the above, the saddest part now is the realization of the life chances I've thrown away the past 30 years. Especially now I'm of an age where old friends around me are completing Mortgages and getting financialy stronger as we leave the mid life crisis part of life. I can accept my mistakes have put me back and my life will never be what it should have been. But it's the scars left on my beautiful missus that really hurts. The lies have hit her harder than the money lost. I can never repair that. My goal is to make her smile at least once a day for the rest of our time. I watch K9 and others because it doesn't hurt me financially and when they lose around £700 I remind myself that used to be me. When they win £700 I know they will be putting it all back 24 hours later. Best of luck to everyone. Have a great Christmas.

These videos are good, and for those with control, you do you...But trust me, for every pound you win, someone losses. Then from your quid winnings you gotta pay the other losers rent and dole because now they are on benefits. Deep but that how it goes. So enjoy that jackpot.
