Oh my God ! I'm italian and I was shocked seeing such a classy restaurant preparing Carbonara with cream ! Original Carbonara have absolutely no cream into even if with cream it can taste really good... The real ones are without any ! But I'll try this restaurant when I'll go to Manila because everything looks nice and tasty !
