That specific cape is from a mandalorian set from my understanding, I’ve got it here. I can’t wait to do this myself once I get my hands on the battinson batmobile
I think that the head from the 2008 Batman minifigure would be perfect for the Battinson minifigure. EDIT: I would also replace the legs with some dual molded legs. Granted, the legs will not have any printing on them but at least it will look more aesthetically pleasing.)
Since you're okay painting, you should follow the mask down at the sides to cover the flesh. Obviously in the film the mask connects to the collar so, it think that'd be good. Looks awesome tho, imma pick up these pieces from firestar

If u can find a custom holster piece for the legs it'll make it look more movie accurate And a little side note they come from those knockoff swat Legos

The hair piece I used for him is Harry Potter’s hair from the Goblet of Fire sets.
I plan on using the LEGO Movie Barista's hair.
