    Bro in sri lanka.....im a ac technician.....my Panasonic inverter ac outdoor unit not working....

    i have Panasonic AC 1.5 ton 5 star in April it was consuming just 3 units maximum when use for 8 hours . But now in May it suddenly started consuming 8-11 units.... Even now I use it for 8 hours and between 24-28 degree as earlier . Registered complaint and technician visited 4 times and every time said AC is fine and it's normal to consume 8 -11 units 😢. I am in depression due to Panasonic!!!

      So there is no issue with your air conditioner if technicians already diagnosed.
      But they didn't guide you well...
      1. So now first you have to understand that in April didn't have the same temperature as of now.
      2. The compressor runs according to the heat have surrounding in the room.
      For example: If in april you using ac 8 hours, but because of the weather your ac compressor didn't rut as longer as now.
      3. If before compressor running 3_4 hours in your 8 hours duration, now compressor will take 6_7 hours continuously.
      So automatically your air conditioner will increase to take more units.
      How you can get some relief....
      1. Wash filter after every 2 weeks.
      2. Keep all the doors & window closed while using air conditioner.
      3. Do not use ceiling fan (if have) at the same time you using air conditioner.
      4. Check if the area near ro your outdoor unit is enough to exhaust the heat properly.
      5. Minimum 1 meters distance need in front of the outdoor unit and minimum 1 feet from backside of the unit.
      6. Check if the outer condenser coil, cooling coil, air blower is dirty. Call a technician for ac cleaning service.
      7. It will give a positive results if top of the outer unit have a shade to save from direct.

      @@Xhaamir Thank you so much for looking into my problem and Explaining into deep details!!
      But i don't think those Panasonic Technicians diagnosed anything at all.... They just brought a weird machine attached it to cord of AC and checked just voltage and something.... And declared AC is Taking ok voltage and is fine
      And when asked about High Electricity consumption they said they can't do anything about it....
      My room is very small even just 1 ton AC was sufficient ... But anyways i goes for 1.5 ton because it can cool more fast and has high cooling capacity
      I have to use Fan on Full speed otherwise the room takes hour's and hour's to cool down ...
      I think there is problem in cooling too... Even though AC blows cold air
      I am not sure whether there is Auto clean function in this AC (There is 'Clean' button on remote although it doesn't work just a beep sound comes and No 'Cl' on AC this button is not available in Miraie app )
      Econavi doesn't seem to be working as well....
      I did try experiment once i left the room for a hour while AC was running and was on Econavi mode but it didn't decreased the Temperature a bit 💔...
      And yesterday it consumed 6.8 units when run for 8 hours at 30 degree
      These all problems started occuring when i washed the filters 2 days constantly ( I mean i washed the filter one day and day after that even though filter was already clean)
      And next day we had Hawan in our house the the room was left open by someone when the AC was running and the poor AC had to inhale all the smoke 💔😢... Just after that day it's consuming 2x or 3x electricity
      Please look into my problem....
      Panasonic Service person are useless they don't care at all....
      Panasonic Service person said 'Clean' button is to reset AC to default settings...
      And recently when i set temperature at 30 the room temperature decreases to 26 or 27 after some hour's... And Compressor keeps running most of the time while before it used to switch off in between...

      @@user-jz7zt5jk5i so the conclusion is you must to call a professional...
      There is nothing more i can do online.....
      Call helpline nd describe all the things nd Ask them to send senior professional to find out the issue.
      They will sure find out the problem or replace If your Air Conditioner is not old enough.

      @@Xhaamir I have called Panasonic Helpline multiple times we even said 'we don't want previous technician again' but they always keep sending the same previous technician ....
      That technician never permits us to replace the AC.
      He says why do i say that ? There's no need of replacement after all it's working fine 💔🙄...
      We even contacted branch manager he also declined us he too said it depends on the outside environment....
      And we purchased AC on 31 March 2022 we placed replacement after 3 or 4 days when bought through Flipkart because AC swing was making noise.... But Panasonic company sent that same shit head technician and he used knife to fix swing and our replacement was cancelled due to him.... The return Period of Flipkart is over long ago .... And now i have to just bear with it
      So what professional are you talking about? There's no professional in Panasonic itself.... Even if we ask them to send a professional they will send the same shit again.... 💔
      Maybe there is professional somewhere else....

      In other remote only set clock and reset option, actually power/ slip light is blinking orange color
