I may have underestimated the overall value of this perk for sure! Just out of curiosity, where do you personally see scout sitting on a tier list? Appreciate the comment!! : )
@@fallenryan if you go by tier 1 rating I completely agree. 5% movement to 30% damage decrease is horrible. But tier 3 would have to bump it up to high A or even S. Good video tho man, keep up the hard work. Loving the tcm content
@@feelsbadsmdp2045 Appreciate you pointing this out for real!! Always good to get some feedback, and I appreciate you taking the time to share that :) thanks so much for the support, I very much appreciate you!
Leatherface doesn't use stamina when attacking and he can run for an infinite amount of time even with 0 stamina, so I'm not exactly sure why stamina perks on him would be good at all.
@@feelsbadsmdp2045 i would switch feral for scout and big swings for Vial Ent, feral is kinda useless as it doesn't allow you to go over 50 savagery and switching big swings isn't that needed, cause you can't get both scout and big swings i usually go for vial ent as a replacement, it is a pretty good build and still allows you to one shot Also scout is incredible in leatherface as you can sprint insanely fast and gets you hits you wouldn't be able otherwise + the damage reduction of that perk is negligible
@@dorimeameno5514 eh I disagree. The build I listed gets 122 blood per kill so it’s great for gramps. Scout isn’t bad but bubba doesn’t need it.. vial just isn’t my forte, used it and sure it’s good… but requires you to hold valuable blood
scout and serrated deserve much higher rankings imo easily high A low S especially if you run them together at lvl 3. the extra 7 seconds of continual 1hp damage they take stacks until duration expires so you get 2 fast hits in they take 2 hp a second for like 6 seocnds, that is 12 extra hp and at 50 toughness survivors have 132 hp roughly, it is a very significant chunk of extra damage on top of the normal hit damage. this very easily cancels out the damage penalty and then some of scout. i run them together on johnny/cook and it makes even cook with his hobbling along quite lethal.
I think I misplaced the value of this perk for sure, and I'd love to give it some further evaluation. Do you mind if I ask where you see scout being placed on a Tier list like this one?
I'd personally put it in top A if not somewhere in S, it's not as good as security pins which helps with game delay but it makes chasing a lot easier it's best user is probably cook for a ton of reasons, it helps with patrolling easier, doesn't leave cook in the dust when chasing victims and helps with blood collecting while also not really getting that dmg downside cause his savagery is already really high. Bubba it's not required but he also completely ignores the dmg debuff and that 15% feels really oppressive with him but again not required but really comfy to use, sissy and hitch get hurt by the dmg reduction a bit i personally don't use scout on sissy but she's also my least played but hitch specialises a bit in chasing people so the extra speed makes it pretty much impossible to get away. johnny is kinda mid like sissy but anything that helps him with catching victims is good obviously cause he has nothing else going for him. good video though I like to see other peoples opinions on what's good and what's not worth using keep up the content 👍
I’m pretty sure serrated and tracker stacks for every hit you can land off the victim. I mainly just run serrated on Johnny and cook since both are high in the damage department.
Serrated and Scout are S tier, tracker tagged is A tier on a coordinated family, dracula is c tier, the bucket perk is S tier too, the sissy item perk is F tier as poisoning items is useless,Vial ent is A tier on killers that have low blood capacity like hitchhiker, Johnny or Leatherface. Dinner Bell is also insane, it allows you to ignore his other level 3 abilty and focus on the bleed damage one, def A tier
22:28, you wouldn't say this in the map of Nancy's House which has its cattle grid designed in the middle of the map, which means the perk holder especially high savagery Leatherface and Johnny can directly walk through the cattle gird on the sloped road to the front door to ambush the victims who attempt to escape through the vertical house. Furthermore, this niche perk Rubber Boots is also great in Family House front road exit and Gas Station generator side, because the perk holder can still catch those trolling victims off guard in a final attempt.
So serrated is actually easy S-Tier since its just free 15 savergery points worth of damage that ignore the cap of 50 savagery. If you can run it u always should do so.
Appreciate you bringing this up!! Do you mind if I ask what you mean by 15 free savagery points? Are you referencing HP or attributes? Thanks so much : )
@@fallenryan Each point of toughness is worth 1.11HP. 0 toughness is 83.25HP and 50 toughness is 138.75HP. Every hit with Serrated (and rough cuts) currently stacks the DoT's (Damage over time) on top of each other, meaning with every hit serrated is just +5 damage per hit and rough cuts is +7 damage per hit. If you double tap victims for example the first DoT does NOT go anywhere when you hit the victim for the second time, it will still be there until its own 5 secounds are over. That means that just the DoT from Serrated alone shreds whats worth 4.5 toughness points of victims and that is PER HIT, which is about the same as 15 points of savagery would deal on average (depending on the family member, because its different how much more dmg each point gives you depending on who you play as). I hope that explained it pretty well. I totally agree that the perk is awesome when it works, though I don't feel like it would necessarily reach the S tier for me personally. A lot of the reason I placed it lower is that there is no guarantee that you're going to get value out of this, and some veteran victims do an amazing job negating traps completely. Appreciate you!

I could be very wrong about this, but my understanding is that when Leatherface is running this perk he is able to instantly barge through doors rather than having to saw through them.
