Also receivers that could get wide open and do damage after the catch, Now it's just MVS that if you hit him in stride can take it to the house, Adams gets open but it's rare when he takes it to the house.
Finley was having such a good season in 2013 before the career ending injury. Such a shame, dude was an athletic freak and was fun to watch during the stretches where he could catch the ball lol
If it weren't for the sacks, Rodgers might have passed for perhaps around 530 yards and maybe another TD. But, once again another electrifying performance by Rodgers.
iAMthe_underdog Rodgers usually gets pulled for the 4th whenever it’s a blowout while other QBs who do get 500 and 5,000 usually play the 4th in blowouts, that’s why you see other guys hitting those milestones but not Rodgers.
Great game by the Packers. I also have to say how good the refs were in this game. The ref clearly explained the rules and the decision process, and it seems like all the calls were made correctly. This is how NFL refs should officiate every game.
These teams met in Green Bay 30 years after staging what was for many years the highest-scoring Monday night game in NFL history. The date on which the game occurred, October 17, was a Thursday in 2013. The NFL expanded Thursday Night Football to be almost all season long in 2012. This game was ultimately not scheduled for that night, instead Washington played at Minnesota that night. The Packers were not on the TNF package at all in 2013, their Thursday game was a Thanksgiving game at the Lions, something which occurred frequently in the early 21st century, but not since then.
Like life things and players go on, I'm enjoying this present packer team.made it to play offs, just could not do much with 49 ers. Revenge time this year, schedule people should have it at lambeau their year.
Damn that feels like so long ago. I miss the days of Peyton Manning, Charles Woodson, Randy Moss, Chad Ochocinco even though he was a dick lol, the Manning vs Brady rivalry was some of the best football I had ever watched besides college football.
James Jones had drop problems early, but man did he improve. He was so clutch so often. Cobb was quick in the slot, Jordy wasa burner and could run the full tree., Jmike was a massive target. If MVS can fix his drops woes, we pick up elijah moore in the draft, we will be good to go.
Man the Packers have had some great recievers ruined by injuries throughout the years. Sharpe, Finley, Cobb, Nelson wasn't the same after his ACL injury, etc.
Starks went GOD mode in this game! Cobb looked like a ballerina dodging the defenders. Jones and Nelson were scoring the points though! This is when Washington had a squad too! Almost 10 years ago... f*ck!
4:27 that TD reminds me so much of an alley oop in basketball. Rodgers the PG, finely gets deep in the post then rolls to the basket for the score. I know it's a simple play but it's one of my favorites because how in tune they were on that play.

Famous hilarious quotes by Skip Bayless - "One of these days RG3 is going to be better than Aaron Rodgers."
his first name tells your what you should do with his opinions.
@@aredub1847 Skip is a lifelong theme for him, he skipped into senility at an early age.
RG3 was on his way. Too bad he got so banged-up. That aside though, I tend to agree with Chuck Barkley about Skip. Nothing left but the DNA..
Cobb before all of his injuries caught up with him was so quick and fast man.
Jermichael Finley was a beast too. Rodgers had himself some receivers back then.
Cobb before the leg injury he got against Baltimore in 2013 was one of the most explosive players I’ve watched..
Yeah it sucks that injuries prevented him from being boardline elite
Yea even Aarin Jones is slowing down now
@@jamesbarlow6423 nahhhh you seen him this year ... dude looks great
Two things:
1) Zone blocking running scheme is a beautiful thing to watch when it's done correctly.
2) I miss the old Randall Cobb.
I thought the exact same thing about Cobb. Seemed to have a little more explosiveness to him than now. Injuries can take that toll on you I guess.
I miss Finley.
@@saltywater5097 Naw him and jennings been talking crazy about AR12
Cobb was good for 2 or 3 years where Jordy was epic for like 5 or 6.
I miss Jordy toe tapping lasers from rodgers 25 yards down field
Don Solo tae is way better then jordy
Dam I miss watching Jordy Nelson play with green bay
Nelson...Driver...Jennings...Cobb...Jones....really good squad...
Me too!
So this is what is was like to have more than 1 wr to throw to. Huh
Also receivers that could get wide open and do damage after the catch,
Now it's just MVS that if you hit him in stride can take it to the house, Adams gets open but it's rare when he takes it to the house.
The Most talented qb I’ve ever seen IMO and im so glad I’ve seen him play
Kyrie my favorite Cavs player of all time!
The Real Dalton Gerardy kyrie is that dude🤟🏿
Finley was having such a good season in 2013 before the career ending injury. Such a shame, dude was an athletic freak and was fun to watch during the stretches where he could catch the ball lol
The word "freak" is over-used with athletes.
Wow, what an offense behind Rodgers. Nelson, Jones, Cobb, Finley and a running back tandem of Lacy and Starks. So much fun to watch.
3:10 after merriweather knocked lacy out with the concussion, james starks returned the favor
Good memory. That was some justice
Nah, man. That was Merriweather trying to do the same to starks, and karma being a bitch. Lol.
2010-2014 were Aaron Rodgers best years. They should have gone to the Super Bowl more than once during that time.
Whose to blame? The D or McCarthys terrible ability to run out a game? Dont forget Bostic (I wont ever)

When he was healthy, Garcon was a gamebreaking type talent.
Cobb used to be pretty fast...compared to now at least.
It not his speed that concerned me it was him staying on the field I'll also remember what he did week 1
Injuries and age have played a role in that endeavor
I miss Jermichael Finley man 😭#GoPackGo 🧀🏈🧀🏈

Don't forget James Starks had a great game too!
Kevin Durant was at this game
It's crazy to think about a-rod never cracking 500 in a game or 5000 for a season

James Starks was so much fun to watch during his tenure. Definitely miss watching him play
This was my second Packer game ever. Almost sucked bc of rain and drunk angry Washington fans behind me but a great game
Didn't know Washington had fans once Snyder burned everything down lol

James starks was so underrated
Thank you now I have something to watch on UA-cam I was getting bored for while ?
Mike Shanahan wrecked RG3. For shame.

Ben Dvorak Lot more coming soon

Ever since Finley left. We don't have physical receivers. When Finley had the ball. He had the *get the fuxk off me* mentality and ran with authority.
He also had some MAJOR drops in key moments
3:07 Lacy announced out. Look at the hit he takes at 0:19. Yikes

"So far the Packers are at about 8 and a half per rush"
and Rodgers has a career day. Yup sounds like the McCarthy-Rodgers duo.
Back then
Sounds Like they were playing the redskins
Can u upload a Rodgers game once a week from different seasons please?
This is legit looks like someone playing Madden with all the GB sliders to 100 and on rookie mode. Holy shit.
John Mullen u must be really bad at madden
Packers ruin another HOF QB career with no additional Superbowls.
Brandon Meriwether knocked himself out almost as much as he knocked other people out.
As great as this offense and, of course, Aaron can be, Jordy Nelson is arguably as good a receiver there is in the NFL.
Whasst were Starks stats? He was a beast!!
A beautiful display of offense by the Packers, but the defense looked weak.
I get both so happy and so sad watching these oldish clips. I would do anything to relive this all over again

Cobb looked good in Dallas yesterday just saying
James Starks was so great for the Packers man

I have Eddie Lacy’s hat
It is an absolute travesty GB never won another SB with these players. SO much talent on both sides of the ball, bogged down by bad coaching.
Rodgers one ring. Big game on the road in playoffs give me Eli.
your football knowledge is suspect, only a casual would say something that stupid...
Finley was a beast.

Nothing impressive about beating the redskins over the past 10 years they've been one of the worst teams in the league lol
They beat the packers in 2016 and 2018 by a fair amount of points.
