One thing thats super relatable as a fellow guitarist myself. Is constantly runnng your fretting hand up and down most of the entire board as if youre lookng for tge "sweet spot" ir something although to normies it tends to moreso appear as if you lost y9ur spot on the board and are tryihg to find it again. But they dint understand youre just purely in the flow and following what feels right and with that occasionally comes that classic hand up and down the board searching for the right spot to anchor and or progress to.
