u know govt should declare 3 days leave per month to woman staff in private companies too, and if any woman comes to office on those days, they should be given extra pay
But not every woman has painful periods If they have healthy periods and want to work, then why not? I don’t think there’s any need for extra pay, but yes , paid leave should be available if there’s a problem. If there’s extra pay, it would be sexism the other way ‘round. Some women are absolutely comfortable during their periods, and don’t feel any differently, then do u think it would be fair to their male counterparts if they get extra pay?
