The Mountain's Soul - A Northerner In Search (Episode #2) (Ustad Jan Ali)

The basic idea of the Mountains Soul is to bring two diverse genres of music together and to create a magical and creative expression of music. The Mountains Souls shows the inquisitiveness of human nature towards the expression of music, and we have presented how an individual explores the beauty of music. The impression was to recognize and explore the folk music of northern pakistan and to synthesize the traditional genre of western music, especially with the EDM, and this episode of The Mountain's Soul is the story and legacy of our fathers and grandfathers.

I don't what is gonna happen to folk music through the fusions and all but the tracks are enjoyable and the work of Ustad Jan Ali can never be over-emphasized. Well done bro. It was great to see that you have highlighted the struggle of Ustad Jan Ali against society. He comes from what was considered to be a lower caste and his music/poetry represents the oppressed sections of the population of Gilgit.
