1. Take Handi, Earthern Pot and clean it. 2. Pour some mustard oil or any cooking oil you can use to prepare some brown onions. 3. Cut the onions and then fry them untill light brown and remove them from the pot. 4. Now add Indian Spices Cinnamon, cloves, Green cardamom. Coriander Seeds, Bay leaf, black pepper, Caraway seeds, Black cardamom, mace. 5. Now nicely heat them in the pot and then add freshly washed chicken in the pot and fry them for a while. 6. Now create a paste of dried red chillies, green chilli, ginger, garlic and grind it and make it as a paste and add this to the pot and mix well and cook it for a while. 7. Now add chilli powder, chicken masala, jeera powder, turmeric Powder and salt as per the need and mix well this all nicely with the chicken 👌 8. Add Curd and mix well and then now add Mint leaves and Parsley, close the lid and cook in slow flame and off the stove after 5 Minutes. 9. Now in a pan for preparing rice for this recipe. Take a pan add water and add add Indian Spices Cinnamon, cloves, Green cardamom. Coriander Seeds, Bay leaf, black pepper, Caraway seeds, Black cardamom, mace. 10. Add 2 teaspoons of Oil and add salt as per taste in this pan. Let this water boil and while boiling add 20 minutes soaked basmati rice to the pan filled with water and cook the rice untill it's 70 percent cooked. 11. Now take the rice and keep it aside after removing water from it. 12. Now in the Earthern Pot filled with chicken masala. Add 70 percent cooked rice and then on the top of it add barista( brown onions) on the top layer, coriander leaves, mint leaves, and a little bit of ghee and biryani masala half teaspoon and a little kevda water if you want you can add green colour or red orange food colour on the top of the rice. 13. Cover the lid nicely airtight with foil paper and close the lid. 14. Keep on stove this pot for 20 minutes on medium flame and keep it closed for more 10 minutes and then plate it with a boiled egg. 15. Serve it with curd and salads Swamy
