When you say "you shoot 2500 photos", is that for both cameras or one???

Question: at the start you call many options "mainly jpeg", do you mean "only jpeg" because the raw file would be unaffected?
Correct. You'll see those settings in your back of camera preview so it is nice to have it setup, but it really only effects the JPEGs.

Can this settings be Ideal in other brands like Canon as well?
Yes. However the menus and options are probably different.
