I worked at the Red Top Brewery but I never made a drop of beer. The building , at 1733 Central Ave, was home to Cincinnati Time Recorder. This company made time clocks and parking gates. As you entered the front door, there was a large rug. If you lifted the rug, you could see the "Red Top" insignia. The "Vat House" at the rear of the building, contained an elevator and the upper 2 floors were used for storage. The first floor contained sheet metal used to produce products and the second floor was the tool and die department.
