please, please never stop putting pictures of your friends on the wall. I am 33 and i still do this. Don’t ever think you’re “too old” to be doing things that remind you of your loved ones, framed or not. life is short. do what you want!

yay so excited to follow this new chapter of yours! I think a white or wooden shelving unit would match the furniture in your room nicer. You could also put another shelving unit or table that's about half the height next to it to fill the space and make it so the shelving unit you have doesn't look so big by itself. x

I just finished my Masters at LSE in a very very similar subject to you (I did an MSc program in International Development and Gender)! (and did my undergrad at Edinburgh as well hahahaha). Good luck!! I'd be super happy to chat to you about LSE Masters stuff as well because the vibe is VERY different to Edi and its a bit strange being one of the only few UK people given that the vast majority are international.

Hmm I’m thinking of doing something similar for my Master’s in the UK! but I’m kinda hesitant about spending money and continuing in the International Affairs landscape without talking to more people in the field. 4. Away from the corners and at least 4 inches away from the wall on each side.
5. Without a mirror facing the bed.
