Yes, you can pull it back in a ponytail, but since the lace front is only temple to temple (not ear to ear), you may have to pull some short pieces down to hide the ear tabs or any bio hair that may show near the ears. If your bio hair matches the color of the wig well, you can also incorporate some of your bio hair with your wig near the ear tabs and pull that back into the pony as well. Hope this helps ❤
Sometimes these wigs which have no contour around the face can just hang down and for me can look ageing. I don’t know. This wig has some similarity to Simmer I think, would you agree? I love Simmer ajthough it has a lot of hair at the side which makes it bulky. The fibres Matt too quickly too. I prefer no permatese.
Yes, this one is absolutely similar to Simmer. Even though Single Origin has more wefting than Simmer, typically Belle Tress pieces don't have much, if any, permatease.❤
I bought this wig in a truly different color for me, BRITISH MILK TEA; I do love it! I definitely WILL purchase another in a light blonde color, perhaps CREAM SODA BLONDE, BUTTERBEER BLONDE, maybe COCONUT SILVER BLONDE? I want to try it for summer. My only reservation is whether or not it is going to look gray? I am too young for a look which IMHO can age a wig wearing 'sophisticate'. It is the sweet spot length style for me. The curl pattern will be easier to care for than the more wavy ones for me. You do such excellent reviews! Sometimes, you seem to anticipate my questions, LOL. I do wish it had an extended nape and velcro adjusters though. Can you please let me know what you think of COCONUT SILVER BLONDE? Thank you Erin!
Hi Lauren! So glad you enjoy the reviews.🥰 Coconut Silver Blonde is an unrooted pale blend of silver and cool satin platinum blonde. It is a good mix between a silver and a blonde. Butterbeer blonde will be ashy and have white tones and sandy blonde in it, but will not have silver blended in. Cream Soda blonde is essentially the unrooted version of Butterbeer Blonde. Hope this helps!😊
This wig is not 100% handtied so it will have some permatease. Something else to remember is that manufacturers are allowed differences from one piece to the next so you could have 2 wigs in the same style and color but they could still have differences.

BelleTress has a great color pallet, but their no permatease combined with low hair density means wigs that are flat on top, and I find nothing flattering or natural-looking about these features. But for those who do, this would be a nice wig.
Yes, I bought one not realizing that. I'm someone who needs height on top to balance my large, wide face. Now I'm trying to figure out how to fix that. Mine also is almost straight. I have no idea how to get these waves,. But, I love the color I bought - Stardust!
Hi there! Belle Tress is a brand that tends to have little to no permatease and low density. If you do have a piece that needs more volume then teasing it then spraying with synthetic hairspray would be the way to go.
Hi Cheryl! Try teasing it to give it the height you like at the top😊 It's possible yours may have some box hair since you said it is almost straight. If you have not washed it yet, try washing it to help restore it to the "baked-in" style that it was given when it was made. If it is still not as wavy as you'd like, you can use a hot tool to add in some more waves since it's heat-resistant!
