Wow - that's amazing. Hopefully this isn't a totally silly question (born out of ignorance) - Without the effect of the wind, is it naturally stable (or do you have to balance all the time)?
We need about 5-7 knots of wind to foil depending on the person, boat, foils, etc.. below that we try not to sail. Once we do get on the foils you heel the boat to windward and control your balance mainly via the mainsheet. Hopefully this answers your question.

I think it gets up from the water pretty easily but in low wind you probobly wouldn't even sail it
