If, for no other reason than science, I had to know how this would even happen. My best hypothesis: a cross between sharks who can switch genders, guided largely by absence of opposite gender, lizards with same ability, and cows who have a single canal that leads to both uterus, and, well, bluntly… anus. Rather, that in this case, the rectum or anus is the same external opening. I guess fowl are the same with the cloaca (sp?). I’m not a veterinarian. But… it’s just a hypothesis. Either way, for most mammals, offspring exit out the same way they entered…
👩🏻🏫Well in omegaverse logic, the birth canal is through the anus🤷🏻♀️. The rectum splits into 2 entryways. One leads to the intestinal track & the other leads to the male womb. ( kind of like how urine & sperm exit through the same way😅. Because the urethra splits into 2 entryways, one leads to the bladder & the other down the testes). The rectum & anus act like the vaginal canal. Releasing lubricants & becoming soft enough to stretch enough, for the baby to pass through....ouch😰 ( Similar to how women give birth). In other stories they have C-sections or if it's sci-fi (dragons, Gods, Merman type of thing) . In some stories they can birth an egg & tend to it until the baby is born. 🥚 Honestly, it's fictional so anything goes😌🤷🏻♀️.
