The boxes will show up even if you don't have the paranormal activity on the map. However, the buff that you need to pick up does not spawn unless you have the paranormal activity on your map at that location

There’s no buff you need to pick up. All you do is shoot the light box with a light weapon solar, arc, or void. Then shoot the dark box with a dark weapon stasis and strand. There’s nothing else you a have to do besides lining yourself up properly so that you can connect to both boxes.

@@ramby4436 That's incorrect, you may want to watch the video again. You need to interact with the Ghosts to receive the Aura of Balance buff, otherwise nothing happens when you shoot the cubes. The ghosts only spawn if you have the Paranormal Activity objective on the map.

@@ramby4436 I just went and double checked and you most definitely need the buff. If the Aura of Balance is not picked up you can shoot them but nothing happens. You can't get aura of balance unless the pool spawns. It does not spawn unless the paranormal activity is on your map at that location.

You have to keep running alone in the dark. Every time you complete alone in the dark again, another paranormal activity will spawn

@NinjaPups I spent like 5 hours trying to khostov and I had to do all of alone in the dark missions which were annoying then I find it I have to do them all again to actually get something else. Literally nobody cares about the cysts except when they are doing these things
