    Half my workday is waiting for these and Bouldering Bobat's vids, man getting both of you in the same place would be amazing. I especially love the music for both channels but I think I have to give it to Oswaldo for the better music.

    I watch some other channels like Magnus and Bobat but your videos are the best because they help me become a better climber and boulderer. I watched a couple more today before I went to the gym and some of the little details made all the difference. I even shared them with some people I saw struggling on a couple boulder problems and I was able to translate some of the techniques to what they were doing and they were able to send the routes when I showed them what to change. I told them I learned it from your channel and encouraged them to check you out. I am relatively new to climbing and don't get to go much but you have really helped me to make great progress. Thanks so much and keep it up. I don't usually subscribe to channels as I don't usually have much time to watch but you really deserve it and I want the content to keep coming so I am going to subsribe right now.

    I remember that months ago you asked what the goals for the year were. How is yours coming along? I definitely feel like I'm right on track for my climbing goal of sending every V3/V4 in the gym. I've finally got every V3 down and it feels great.

    • @rockentry
      @rockentry  6 років тому +11

      First of all congrats on completing your v3’s goal! For sure you’re progressing. Next up all v4’s! :)
      As for my goals I’m really happy with were I’m at. Feeling stronger and I’m really REALLY close to send one of my outdoor projects, “Hot Tuna” really hard problem for me. At the gym definitely see progress used to take me multiple sessions for V6’s and 7’s not so much anymore. Keep sending hard my friend!

    I'm still new so even V2s are difficult. I'd probably take months of training to send that problem in the video.

      These videos help at any level to be honest. Watch videos like these and you’ll learn ass you progress and apply some of these techniques, grades don’t matter. You got this!

      I started literally a month ago (June 16) and I would spend any free time i had, including my lunch breaks, just watching bouldering videos and competitions. Learning everything and seeing the holds the pros use. I just sent my first V5 yesterday. This is probably one of the best channels i have found that explains technique very well. It has definitely helped me

    I would probably have used the small foot holds at the beginning more. But that’s the difference between shorter and taller climbers i guess :D

    Love your videos! I just want to check what compression is exactly. Is it pulling in toward the body or how one pinches with the hands or both? Thanks.

    • @rockentry
      @rockentry  5 років тому

      Compression is when you are pulling in towards your body. In this case I am compressing AND pulling in with the pinches. Hope this helps! Thank you.
