Being a Mt-15 owner I totally agree with you at some points like build quality, problem with pillion, etc. But brother some points u have mentioned for touring purpose is also right..but we actually can't complain about it because its not made for touring its for city use only.

@@brokenaz6552 hero xpulse 200 4v best for touring and mileage I guess. I have zero experience for touring bikes. But if u are looking for a touring bike with good looks there are options like Suzuki v-strom and some higher cc bikes, but the mileage will drop in that case. I don't have proper knowledge on it but I think those are the bikes u are looking for.
Recommendation - hero xpulse 200 4v and suzuki v-strom. 250

It's made for city and is a short stroke engine 155cc. You can't make it do what you wish. People have done it with splendor that doesn't mean it's as good and comfortable as a tourer. Indians struggle with understanding basics, you can't do everything with one bike.
