Mama to be honest with you when you buy things now they break quickly because quality isn’t as good and the prices are always seem to be high but if you think your bedroom furniture is strong I’d say leave it as it is because you might not find the same quality maybe just update it with spray paint different colours and wallpaper and different coloured curtains to brighten the room up and a nice tall lamp on the side it’ll do wonders xxx

Yeah mama update the room but keep furniture just needs sanding and spray paint it white, will make it look classy and brighter! 👍🏼

My kids have own room now, I just painted it and buy new furniture as I feel it’s mine and mr room only now, we don’t need to share 😂, new things look good but quality is not as good anymore. Definitely update it, I know like my parents they don’t like change, it’s your house you choose to do what you wish, sometimes a little paint or new furniture makes huge. difference❤.

Grand mother is not begging she's working should be proud and you are role models for us as my mom is not here and not experience that you share with us.
You could update the rest of the room but keep your furniture. You could get the bed professionally painted in a lighter colour. 😊

I have the same problem like you, I want to update but new stuff is so flimsy, I think the furniture you have is good and your bed is solid all your grandchildren jump on it and it still strong and holds everyone. I will watch eagerly and see what you do and get ideas from you
