Omg ladies! I enjoyed watching this video so much! Is this the very first mall in the world? And everyone is so friendly. Maybe because they knew two Sultanas named Micha and Justina would be visiting. Lol! I'm happy that you had so much fun. You two made my day! Thank you! 👋🥰
Its good as lovely presentation box.. and tea will last ....pomegranate great for the heart too.. so glad you enjoyed.. different qualities different shops.. I liked Egyptian spice bazaar. I bought jasmine and patchouli oil for around 3 gbp small bottles.
Cheers, Leila! Did you also feel safe there? Some people had horrible experiences but to us - it was a lot of fun and we didn’t feel harassed or anything like that! People were quite friendly towards us!
Yesss!!! They really are! Sometimes you can tell the difference between fake friendly and real friendly, but here in Turkey we have experienced true friendliness from people ❤️
I dont know how much you bought, but 150 doesnt sound too bad. We (Turkish people) like boasting about our food, so naturally you will be offered food everywhere :) Just a few samples, doesnt really cost the shop a thing, and having nice time with the customers (especially pretty ladies) also cost nothing but increase sales :) Btw, to be honest I dont think the sweets were 'organic', they are processed, probably not too many additives, but I think there should be some kind of additive, especially powder form stuff.

Are you there now? How do you feel about safety? I am set to travel this week but my mom is scared because on the US world travel advisory map says do not travel right now due to terrorism/dangers…
Hey there! We’ve been here for almost a month and a half and not once, I repeat NOT ONCE we felt unsafe or threatened. The people here are out of this world, we are always greeted by the smiles & never ending free çay ( Turkish tea ) Please don’t listen to other’s opinions and just come to see things for yourself! We’ve learned that along our travels 👏☺️
America is the biggest terrorist in the world. They are the ones who disturb the peace of the world. They say that there is terrorism in Turkey to undermine Turkish tourism. America has declared war on us from all sides. You'll miss everything if you act on what those idiots say.
I agree. I worked in Turkey with my friend and we got groped on public transport all the time, which I’ve never had anywhere else. Makes you appreciate travel in SE Asia where there is so much more respect. That guy kissing as the front picture on the video? Sorry, I didn’t like that!😢
Nice Vlog but this man in the bazaar is a shame .... I hate people like this , you are all time with humor but what he do is a no go ....shame for my country ! He is not a Turk I am shure a syrian or Moroccan .... his accent is not Turkish ...
100 % agree. I dont know where he is from but definitely not Turkish. And i think he was a little bit unrespectful. Last year i brought my American friend there. I wasnt familiar there too so i couldnt warn my friend about prices before going. One of those guys ( actually he was resembling this guy but not sure) talked about 10 mins about his products even we didnt ask. He gave us rosehip tea to try and directly started to fill some to a little bag before my friend said she would buy some. He said 100 tl (it was like 15 dollars at that time) for very little amount of dried rose hip tea. It was like 20 gr. My friend were excited so i couldnt say its too expensensive and she should leave it. Those guys arent even Turkish and bring into disrespute us.
this delight is called ''lokum''. but there can be 50 different lokum types. its around 80-100 liras per kilo. so it was expensive there. This shop owners (mostly they re kurdish and arabic, as a turkish its easy u to understund) can trick and force in a psychological way to sell u their things. but kissing is a way more warm act. For this and any orher things/problem u can call for complaint to the ministry of culture and tourism just by dialing ''176'' in turkey.
Watching this legit made me anxious. Hahaha. We had the same experience- being stuck in a shop, having our ear talked off and then being totally ripped off for some overpriced tea and Turkish delight- just so we could get the f*ck out of there. 🤣

And some just wanted to chat with us since they barely get any tourists due to the pandemic 😔 I feel like we have experienced some horrible men when we were in Goa, India so we know what “aggressive” means 😬
